Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with no strict experience requirement.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to learn Buckle operations and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations, sales, and guest services.
• Support merchandising, displays, and stock pulls.
• Assist with cashiering and register procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business.
