Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under store leadership, gaining hands-on exposure to customer service, cashiering, and product presentation.

You’ll work in a part-time capacity, learn Buckle’s sales processes, and benefit from a comprehensive range of employee perks and growth opportunities within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; willingness to learn retail operations.
• Experience in guest service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to perform cashiering, merchandising, and store tasks as directed.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates and guests.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Meet or exceed personal sales-per-hour and net sales goals.
