Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to assist store operations, sales, merchandising and guest service goals while working closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle's retail business and management practices.

The role involves greeting guests, assisting with merchandise, learning POS procedures, participating in recruitment and training activities, and supporting daily store tasks to deliver Buckle's mission in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training required.
• Interested in a long-term commitment with Buckle.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and price markdowns.
• Open and close cash registers and handle POS procedures.
• Support recruitment, training, and development activities.
• Perform internship duties and provide progress updates.
• Maintain a clean, shoppable store and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
