Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support store operations, merchandising, and guest service as part of the Buckle internship program.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, greet guests, assist with merchandise, manage displays, process transactions, and participate in training that develops leadership and teamwork. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, customer focus, and hands-on exposure to Buckle’s retail operations while pursuing a college

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. No prior experience required.
• Interest in long-term commitment with Buckle; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with questions about store merchandise and available items.
• Maintain current knowledge of sales promotions and return policies.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers, and process transactions.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and uphold Buckle's policies.
• Complete internship duties and provide weekly progress updates to management.
