Job summary

Buckle at Liberty Center in Liberty Township, OH is seeking a Sales and Management Intern. The role blends guest service, sales, merchandising, and store operations under the Store Manager's guidance to learn Buckle's retail business.

As an intern you will gain hands-on experience in product knowledge, clienteling, and leadership, with opportunities to participate in recruitment and training activities. Part-time, on-site position with benefits after waiting period.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service guests, greets guests, answer questions, and recommend merchandise to meet guest needs.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and in-store operations including cashiering and register procedures.
• Support management in training, recruiting, and leadership development activities.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, POS tasks, and loss prevention adherence.
• Complete internship duties including reporting progress to Area/District Managers and managing product categories.
