Leap is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our boutique powered by the Leap Platform, opening at Fashion Square in Dallas. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching the sales floor, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an elevated in-store experience.

You will drive daily sales, manage operations with brand standards, and partner with store leadership to ensure exceptional customer service. Flexible availability and endurance for a fast-paced retail environment are required.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Able to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive results in a fast-paced store.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills with relationship building.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Experience with retail tech including Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales performance with coaching, floor leadership, and selling behaviors.
• Monitor daily performance and adjust priorities to maximize results.
• Reinforce product knowledge and storytelling to elevate the customer experience.
• Lead and develop the team, onboard new members, and foster accountability.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and events.
