Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales targets.

You will oversee daily operations, set goals, analyze performance data, ensure store merchandising and compliance, and develop talent through mentoring. Evening/weekend shifts and peak-season coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Leading a store team on the sales floor and in daily operations.
