You will manage daily store operations, train and celebrate associates, and drive sales performance while embodying the AEO values. You will recruit and develop talent, hold teams accountable to service standards, and implement visual and operational procedures to keep the fitting rooms guest-ready and aligned with brand

Qualifications

Retail sales leadership experience is required.
Ability to recruit, hire and train associates.
Strong communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
Lead and motivate associates to meet AEO service standards.
Recruit, hire, train and develop staff to sustain strong guest service.
Set clear goals and provide real-time coaching to improve performance.
Execute daily visual and operational tasks including shipments and merchandising.
Maintain store safety and asset protection standards.
