Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, lead LOD shifts, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will train, motivate and celebrate associates while driving strong sales results and representing our real values every day. You will recruit and develop talent, coach the team, and maintain store standards for visual and operational execution, stock handling, and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a store management role.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Business acumen and guest-focused mindset.
• Flexible availability to work when guests shop.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity while building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team to meet AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop associates to provide outstanding service.
• Provide real-time coaching and celebrate performance to drive engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipments and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies.
