American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team and lead Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts. You will train, motivate and celebrate associates while driving strong sales and a guest-first experience.

As a Store Sales Leader, you will manage daily operations, set performance goals, coach team members, and ensure adherence to AEO Brand Standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, talent development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• You drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• You lead, coach and develop associates to uphold AEO's service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• You recruit, hire and train strong talent to keep the store staffed to meet business needs and deliver outstanding service.
• You set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and celebrate performance as part of a team-driven culture.
• You implement visual and operational standards, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and maintaining guest-ready fitting rooms.
