Overview

The Lead impacts both brand standards and the teammate experience. Under guidance from the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Lead is the in-store expert of their department, focused on delivering excellent service and providing direction to teammates. Key traits include leading by example, empathy, resilience, optimism, and collaboration.

  • Supports building a strong team through interviews and department tours.
  • Builds a people-first culture by connecting with teammates to foster trust and respect.
  • Plans and organizes 30-day strategies with the Assistant Store Manager, including workforce planning for daily operations, projects, and events.
  • Leverages teammates strategically to meet brand standards and delegate tasks based on priority.
  • Maintains merchandising and presentation standards per company guidelines.
  • Assists with store supervision, training, onboarding, and cross-training of teammates.
  • Prioritizes coaching and development, teaching the 'why' behind tasks and processes.
  • Supports an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
  • Follows safety, loss prevention, and operational policies, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Supports the team across the store and performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
