Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC through Express invites applications for a Retail Sales Leader at Montebello Town Cnt. You’ll drive store operations, coach associates, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences aligned with our brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1 year retail experience, basic tech skills (iPad, POS), and availability for evenings/weekends. You’ll partner with store management to optimize sales, schedules and customer service, while modeling service excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale registers
• Able to work nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to store associates for efficient floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute action plans that optimize results and manage daily store operations.
• Oversee and authorize the checkout experience and merchandise flow.
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members.
• Build an effective schedule with the right associate at the right time.
• Promote and support an environment focused on delivering great in-store experiences.
• Lead and model the customer experience and product knowledge.
