PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for Parkway Place to lead store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom, while coaching associates to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

The role requires 1+ year of leadership in retail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends. You will oversee merchandise flow, scheduling, and the checkout experience.

Qualifications

• Direct customer-focused leadership experience in retail.
• Ability to train and coach associates for sales excellence.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations on sales floor and stockroom.
• Coach associates to maximize sales and service quality.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on performance.
• Train on store operations, product knowledge and procedures.
• Manage daily schedules and coverage to deliver great customer experiences.
• Oversee checkout, merchandise flow, and omni-channel processes.
