Responsibilities

• Leads and supports customer selling in-store and online (ship to store).
• Promotes a customer-obsessed culture with proactive greetings, re-engagement, education, adding on, and thanking each customer.
• Understands role in sales growth and how it impacts store profitability.
• Reads customer cues to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise to build the basket.
• Represents Kirkland’s Home Values as a brand ambassador.
• Leads by example and enforces company policies and procedures.
• Performs Manager on Duty duties (opening/closing, supervision, etc.).
• Assists in freight processing, stockroom organization, merchandising directives, and inventory accuracy.
• Supports company values and culture at all times.
• Performs other duties as needed.
