Express is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for Bridgewater Commons to drive daily store operations, coach associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across sales floor and stockroom. The role partners with store management to optimize performance and ensure policy compliance.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, with availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales on the shop floor and in the stockroom.
• Coach and train associates to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Management to evaluate performance and provide feedback.
• Oversee store operations, merchandise flow and omni-channel processes.
• Create effective schedules to optimize coverage and service.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and product presentation.
• Lead by example in executing company policies and procedures.
