Job summary

EXPRESS Mayfair is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to join our team. This role delivers an in-store shopping experience, and handles opening and closing procedures at the Mayfair location.

Key responsibilities include balancing registers, processing transactions, maintaining a tidy store, and supporting customers with loyalty programs while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience; minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store, balances registers, prepares deposits and activates security systems.
• Performs overrides at checkout as needed.
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stockroom.
• Assists with product launch changes per SOP and supports customer experience.
• Delivers on the customer experience model and processes transactions quickly and accurately.
• Encourages participation in credit and loyalty programs and escalates issues when needed.
