PHOENIX Retail, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Leader for the Southpark Express store in Strongsville. You will drive floor and stockroom operations, coach associates, and deliver outstanding in-store experiences for customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, product knowledge, policy adherence and collaboration with management to maximize sales potential and ensure smooth omni-channel operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales potential.
• Coach store associates to ensure efficient floor operations and great customer service.
• Provide feedback on associate performance with store management.
• Train associates on store operations, product and policies.
• Execute daily store operations and action plans to optimize results.
• Ensure proper associate coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow.
• Support launches, window changes and visual presentation standards.
