Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC seeks a Retail Sales Leader for Rio Grande Premium to drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom. You will coach associates, ensure strong customer service, and collaborate with management to maximize sales and adherence to standards.

You will train staff on product knowledge, policies, and procedures while executing daily plans, scheduling, and omni-channel activities to deliver a superior shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale devices and tablets is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Provide in-the-m moment coaching to associates to optimize service and efficiency.
• Partner with Store Management to evaluate associate performance.
• Train staff on store operations, product knowledge, and policies.
• Execute daily plans to maximize sales and curb loss.
• Ensure proper coverage to deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout and assist with merchandise flow and omni-channel tasks.
• Analyze customer service quality and adjust staffing as needed.
• Create effective schedules and support window changes and signage.
• Model and promote the customer experience standards.
