Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Lehigh Valley Express store. You will coach and develop associates, manage daily store operations, and drive sales to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities include scheduling, merchandise flow, training on product and policies, and resolving customer issues while upholding brand standards and omni‑channel execution.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 1.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Availability includes nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide coaching to store associates for floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute action plans to optimize results.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure proper associate coverage.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow.
• Monitor customer service and build effective schedules.
• Promote an environment focused on great in-store experiences.
• Resolve customer service issues and model our customer experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and support launches and signage.
