Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Express store at Quakerbridge Mall in Lawrenceville, NJ. You will drive floor and stockroom operations, coach associates, and deliver a superior in-store shopping experience for customers.

Lead by example with product knowledge, policy understanding, and promotions, while coordinating with store management to optimize staffing and performance. Strong communication and multitasking are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to store associates for efficient floor operations and customer service.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow.
• Assist with training on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and scheduling.
• Promote a great in-store customer experience and resolve issues.
