Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Express at Bridgewater Commons. You will provide a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning and merchandising tasks, and help customers with purchases.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in retail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work nights and weekends. The role supports store operations and customer loyalty programs while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years in retail preferred, at least 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Provide a Great Customer Experience and deliver on customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when needed.
