Job summary

EXPRESS seeks a Retail Sales Leader to join our Elmwood store. The role focuses on driving store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom while training and developing associates to deliver a superb in-store shopping experience for customers.

You will coach associates in real-time, ensure floor coverage, and collaborate with Store Management to optimize sales and customer service. The position requires strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Provide coaching and training to associates for great in-store experiences.
• Lead scheduling, coverage, and product launches to optimize sales.
