Responsibilities

• Develop store team through our sales proficiency process.
• Staffing and scheduling to match guest demand.
• Model Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model.
• Lead Sales Floor and Guest Engagement when needed.
• Ensure ongoing development training for the team.
• Address escalated guest situations and resolutions.
• Interpret data to assess departmental focus.
• Partner with Retail Sales Managers to meet/exceed goals.
• Foster talent and conduct regular check-ins and coaching.
• Cultivate a positive store culture and morale while meeting business goals.
