Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations ensuring consistent selling behaviors.
• Coach team to improve customer experience and meet KPIs.
• Ensure SOPs, brand standards and policies are followed.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and omni-channel execution.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and customer retention.
• Support store programs such as Balloons, Birthday parties, and Knit & Sew Shop.
