Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express, seeks a Retail Sales Leader for the Tyler store. You will drive floor and stockroom operations, coach associates, and deliver outstanding in-store experiences. You’ll train staff on product knowledge, policies, and procedures while supporting merchandising and omni-channel efforts.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience, proficiency with iPad/POS, and availability for evenings/weekends; full-time status preferred with strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale registers.
• Must be available for nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate associates to maximize sales and service.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to ensure efficient floor operations.
• Collaborate with Store Management to review performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product knowledge and policies.
• Manage daily store operations and staffing to ensure great customer experiences.
