Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express and Bonobos brands, seeks a Retail Sales Leader in Portland to drive sales and elevate customer experiences across store operations. You will coach teams, manage floor coverage, and ensure effective merchandising and omni-channel flows.

The role requires leadership in a multi-brand retail environment, strong customer service focus, and the ability to train staff on policies, product knowledge, and promotions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Availability for nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to store associates for efficient floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product knowledge, policies and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and action plans to optimize results.
• Ensure appropriate associate coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee and authorize the checkout experience.
• Assist with merchandise flow including shipments, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members.
• Create effective schedules with proper coverage.
• Promote an environment focused on delivering great in-store experiences.
• Resolve customer service issues to a positive outcome.
• Lead and model our customer experience standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Lead product launches, window changes, and visual presentation standards.
• Other essential functions as directed by supervisor.
