UNTUCKit LLC is seeking a results-driven retail leader for our Palo Alto store. The role focuses on converting traffic into revenue, elevating the customer experience, and inspiring a team to exceed goals.

You’ll coach staff, build relationships, and drive a high-performance selling culture. You’ll engage clients with personalized styling, lead by example on sales goals, and ensure store operations support strong results across KPIs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership or keyholder experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance.
• Strong clienteling skills and a customer-first mindset.
• High energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for results.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Client Engagement: lead by example, exceed store sales goals, engage customers, deliver styling solutions, build client relationships, cross-sell and upsell, communicate value.
• Lead the Sales Floor: inspire associates, create energetic culture, coach real-time, implement UNTUCKit University training.
• Deliver Operational Excellence: open/close store, maintain sales-focused floor, organize stockroom for selling efficiency, monitor KPIs.
