Job summary

PVH in San Antonio seeks a Part-Time Store Supervisor to lead the sales floor and mentor a high-energy team. You will model customer-centric service and ensure operational excellence in opening/closing the store.

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership or keyholder experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance.
• Strong clienteling skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Apple devices and POS systems.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers, assess needs, and deliver personalized styling solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to maximize each transaction.
• Leverage product knowledge to communicate value and drive conversions.
• Lead the sales floor and inspire associates to deliver high-performance selling behaviors.
• Create a dynamic, energetic, and results-focused sales culture.
• Coach team members in real time to improve selling techniques and client engagement.
• Deliver operational excellence by opening and closing the store with accountability for results and standards.
• Maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor environment.
• Ensure stockroom organization supports selling efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute insights based on customer feedback and sales trends.
