Catalyst Brands in McAllen, TX is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support store leadership, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will help manage daily store operations, motivate the team, and ensure a welcoming, energetic environment on shift.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, prior supervisory experience in apparel retail, and a customer-focused, results-driven mindset. You will perform POS duties and assist the Store Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel retail preferred.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs including evenings and weekends.
• Travel to other store locations possible.

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve sales results.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Model values and ensure store merchandising and operations standards.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and assist as needed.
