Job summary

Knitwell Group in Omaha, NE is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional customer service. You’ll help shape a welcoming, store-wide culture that reflects our hospitality and brand standards.

In this role you’ll coach staff, manage scheduling, merchandise, and basic operations, while ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience and strong performance toward team goals at store 0490-Village Pointe.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to the team.
• Execute cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
