Job summary

knitwellgroup's Chico's division in Omaha, NE is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and demonstrate brand standards. You will create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality and drive team success on the floor.

You will guide operations, share brand priorities, coach teammates, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure excellent service while meeting store goals across our omnichannel approach.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
