Job summary

WHBM is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for our Store 3397-Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm-WHBM-Allen, TX 75013. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized shopping experience in a customer-centered environment.

You’ll collaborate with a team to maintain brand standards, support merchandising, and drive store performance. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required to serve our empowered customers.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal communication
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 16 years old in TX; 18+ otherwise
• Ability to learn new processes and tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
