KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for WHBM in Allen, TX. You will supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities to uphold brand standards and a customer-centered environment.

The role requires around 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and flexibility for nights and weekends. You will drive sales, coach staff, handle store operations, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor, share product knowledge, and use an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Know current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support staff development, coaching, and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
