Job summary

White-House-Black-Marke is looking for a Sales Lead in West Des Moines, IA to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model hospitality. You will drive sales through product knowledge and an omni-channel approach in a welcoming environment that reflects our culture.

In this role you will support opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment; you will communicate brand priorities to the team and help create memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and driving omni-channel experiences.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
