White House Black Market in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering welcoming, customer-centered experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

You’ll guide daily operations, coach staff, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and product knowledge, and help drive sales goals with an omni-channel approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer and peer relationship builder.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations (opening/closing).
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
