White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while fostering a hospitality-driven culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals through clear direction and supportive leadership.

You will coach and develop the team, deliver personalized customer experiences, and help manage store operations, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability - nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and use an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
