Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach the team.
• Manage general store operations including opening/closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Provide coaching feedback and scheduling support to keep performance on track.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions and store policies.
