You help uphold brand standards and shape a positive team culture, setting the tone for achieving goals with clear direction and personal example on the sales floor. You’ll create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our hospitality culture, coach and develop teammates, manage operations including cash handling,

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to develop customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible with schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions and store policies.
• Support development and scheduling of associates when needed.
• Share ideas with the leadership team.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
