Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of brand standards and teammate experience.
• Hire and build a strong team through interviews and department tours.
• Coach and develop teammates; onboard and cross-train.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards; manage floor sets and inventory.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality of company information.
