Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Meridian, ID, to empower a customer-focused team and model outstanding experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to understand store functions and help prepare to step in as manager when needed.

In this role, you’ll guide and coach associates, help onboard a highly engaged team, and uphold brand visuals and operations while driving a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions, ready to step in as manager when needed.
• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback so each associate can bring their best to customer interactions.
