Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Orlando Premium Outlets location to model exceptional customer experiences and guide team members. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and lead by example in customer interactions.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, leadership potential, and a comfort with technology and coaching. The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and brand

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing the team.
• Support an inclusive environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold visual and operational standards with a customer focus.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to each associate.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
