Qualifications

• 1 year of related retail experience is preferred but not required.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and meeting goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster an inclusive environment and model selling behaviors with customers.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates.
• Occasionally cover store leadership in the absence of a manager.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and policy adherence.
