Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Minnetonka, MN to partner with store leadership and supervise a team, setting the tone for a welcoming, customer-centered environment. You will guide operations, share brand priorities, and model exemplary customer service to create memorable experiences.

You will contribute to a positive team culture, coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure adherence to promotions and policies while supporting long-term growth across our brands.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities with store teams and provide clear direction.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and stock replenishment.
• Stay informed on current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Contribute ideas to the store leadership and foster a collaborative environment.
