Job summary

LOFT in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Sales Lead who will model the LOFT service standard and guide a team to deliver personalized customer experiences in-store.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run daily operations, onboard new hires, coach associates, and ensure the store meets brand standards while driving sales and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and staff. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
