LOFT in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to join our team and drive personalized customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed, guiding associates and ensuring smooth store operations.

You will help onboard and develop an engaged team, uphold visual standards, and use tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and technology.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
