Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, is seeking a Sales Lead for Chico's in Cincinnati. You will supervise the team, lead by example on the sales floor, and uphold brand standards to create a welcoming, customer-centered experience that goes beyond transactions.

You will partner with store leaders on operations, coaching, and scheduling while helping shape a positive team culture and distributing product knowledge across channels.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals
• Manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions and store policies
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling as needed
