Job summary

KnitWell Group, parent to Chico's, Derby Street Shoppes in Hingham, MA, seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality and drive team performance on the sales floor.

You will support operations, coaching, and scheduling while promoting our omni-channel approach and assisting with daily store goals in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
