Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, is seeking a Sales Lead for Chico’s at Smithfield, NC. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, model our hospitality standards, and drive a welcoming, customer‑centered shopping experience that reflects our culture.

Expect to support operations, coach associates, manage scheduling and inventory, share brand priorities, and help the team hit performance goals while delivering personal service on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability – nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Execute operations activities such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
