Qualifications

• 6-months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand with personalized customer experiences.
• Support onboarding and development of a highly engaged team.
• Help maintain an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on customers.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve customer interactions.
• Assist in using tools to enable a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
