• Retail operations knowledge: sales, merchandising, inventory, loss prevention.
• Proficient with POS/handheld systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPI goals for store profitability.
• Assist in controlling store expenses (payroll, supplies, facilities).
• Coach staff to exceed store goals and foster team culture.
• Lead a quality store team and support training and development.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure loss prevention, health and safety compliance and policy adherence.
